Devikrupa Extrusion

You can find Devikrupa Extrusion over at Plot No. C1-8 in Phase-1 of the GIDC in Vatva. This is where we handle all our extrusion work. It’s a hot process, so the workshop stays pretty warm throughout the year. We’ve got the heavy machinery lined up, and there’s always a steady hum of power in the air. We’ve been in Vatva for a long time, and we like being in Phase-1 because it’s easy for the transport trucks to get in and out. Most of our days are spent watching the metal or plastic take shape as it comes through the dies. It’s a process that requires a lot of patience and a steady eye. We have a small team of workers who have been with us through thick and thin. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules; we just show up and get the work done. The yard around the plot is usually filled with raw materials waiting to go into the machines. We try to keep things organized, but on a busy day, it can get a bit cluttered. That’s just how a real factory looks when people are actually working. We don't try to hide the grease or the noise. It is what it is. We’re just a local business making parts for other people to use in their own projects. It’s a good way to make a living and we enjoy it.
