We’ve been at Plot No. 410 on Road No. 10 in GIDC for a while now. The team here at Jh-Welltec Machines (India) Pvt. Ltd. spends most days dealing with machinery and parts. It gets noisy sometimes, but that’s just how the shop floor is. Most of us have been working together for years. We aren't a huge fancy office, just a practical workspace where things get handled. If you walk down Road No. 10, you'll see us there. It’s a busy area with lots of trucks coming and going. We mostly focus on making sure the machines are sorted out right. Sometimes things go slow when parts are late, but we manage. Most of our guys know their way around the equipment better than anything else. We don’t really spend much time on fancy websites or big ads. Usually, people just find us by word of mouth or because they’re also in the GIDC area. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up during breaks. It's a straightforward setup. We have our routine. The machines need attention, and there is always something that needs fixing or checking. It's a lot of manual work and getting hands dirty. We keep the gate open during the day so deliveries can get in easily. That's pretty much who we are, just people working with machines in a regular industrial plot. Nothing too complicated about it. We just keep at it day after day.
