You can find Shubham Extrusion Technik Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No. 62/7 & 8 in Phase-1 of GIDC, Vatva. It’s a double plot, so we have a bit more room than some of our neighbors, but we’ve managed to fill it all up with machines and materials. Vatva is a well-known industrial hub, and being in Phase-1 means we’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been here forever and some newer faces learning the ropes. We focus on extrusion stuff, which means there’s always something running or being adjusted. The noise is constant, but you get used to it after the first week. We don’t put much stock in fancy office furniture or decorations. We’d rather spend that on better tools for the floor. Most of our day is spent making sure the output is what it should be. If something goes wrong with a machine, we fix it ourselves instead of waiting for someone else. It’s a hands-on environment. There isn't much corporate talk here. We just discuss the work and get on with it. The address is easy to find if you’re familiar with the Vatva GIDC. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like a permanent part of the landscape. It’s a busy, noisy, productive place to be, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep working.
