Our place is located at Plot No. 3709 over in the Phase 4 section of Vatva GIDC. Swiss Pharma isn't a new name around here, and we have been part of this industrial landscape for a long time. The building itself is pretty functional. Inside, things are kept very strictly organized because that is what this kind of work requires. You will see people in hairnets and lab coats walking between the different sections of the floor. It is quiet inside compared to some of the other factories nearby, mostly because the machines we use are calibrated for precision. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. Most of the work involves watching gauges and making sure the temperature settings are exactly where they need to be. The loading dock gets busy in the afternoons when the transport vans show up. We have had to repair the roof a couple of times after the monsoon rains, but the core of the building stays solid. It is a small team of us who really know the ins and outs of the production line. We eat lunch together in the small break area near the back. There isn't any fancy decor on the walls, just some old calendars and safety charts that have been there forever. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure every batch leaving Plot 3709 is done properly.
