Prima Chemicals Unit-Ii

Our second unit is over at Plot No. 1904 in Phase-4 of the GIDC in Vatva. It is a bit different from our other spot. Phase-4 is always buzzing with activity and there are always people moving about. Prima Chemicals Unit-Ii is where we handle specific batches that need more space. The building itself is quite tall, which helps keep it a bit cooler when the sun is out. We have several large vats and a lot of piping running along the walls. It can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with the layout. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and making sure the mixtures are sitting right. The floors are often wet from cleaning the equipment. We use a lot of water here. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we have a good crew that knows the area well. Vatva has its own personality, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a fancy break room, just some benches near the back where we eat our lunch. The sounds of the industrial estate are like background music to us. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the schedule. It is a solid place to work and we know our neighbors well enough. We finish up around six usually and then the night watchman takes over for the rest of the night.
