Maulikem Products Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 617, Phase-4, GIDC, Vatva. We spend our days mixing and packing various products right here in this unit. The building is strong and keeps our supplies safe from the dust and rain. We have a set routine that we start every morning at eight. It isn't a glamorous lifestyle, but it’s a good one. Vatva is a very busy industrial area, and there is always a lot of noise from the trucks and the other factories nearby. We try to keep our workspace organized, but with the volume of materials we handle, it can be a real struggle. We have a tiny office in the front where we take care of the bills and the phone calls. Most of our workers have been with us for a decade or more, so we’re a pretty tight-knit group. We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements. We just make the products and get them shipped out to the people who need them. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole weekend fixing them. That’s just part of being a business owner in Phase-4. We like being in GIDC because everything we need is just a short drive away. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing. We just do the work.
