Gujarat Medicraft Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 3726-27, Phase-4, GIDC, Vatva. While we are a private limited company, we don't act like a big corporation. We’re still just a group of people working in a factory environment. We make medical-related items, so we have to keep our place a bit cleaner than the heavy engineering shops nearby. But at the end of the day, it's still manufacturing. We’ve been in Phase-4 for quite a while now. Our plots, 3726 and 3727, are usually busy with packing and shipping throughout the week. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our time is spent ensuring the machines are running correctly and the quality is okay for what we do. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we don't make a big deal out of it. We have a small office for the paperwork, but you’ll mostly find us out where the actual work is happening. The staff here is local, and we all just want to do a good job and go home to our families at night. We don't use a lot of jargon or big business words. We just talk about what needs to be done for the day ahead. It’s a steady pace here in Vatva. Being at Plot 3726-27 feels like home to most of us. We just keep doing what we do, making things that help people out in the real world.
