At Chemistar Intermediates Pvt. Ltd., we are based out of Plot No. 2709 in Phase-4 of the GIDC in Vatva. Vatva is a pretty intense place to work because it is so packed with different factories and the roads are always full of delivery vans. Our building is a solid, practical structure that has seen a lot of use over the years. Inside, we are mostly focused on the daily grind of processing and moving inventory. We have shelves stacked high with various materials, and the floor is often covered in fine dust from the loading process. It is a place where you have to watch your step and keep your head on a swivel. We don't have fancy decorations or a lobby; you just walk right into the middle of the work. The rhythm of the day is dictated by the production schedule and the arrival of the supply trucks. Some days everything goes smoothly, and other days we are fighting with a clogged pipe or a late delivery. We have a good group of people here who have worked in Vatva for a long time. They know the shortcuts and how to handle the local weather. When the shift ends, we usually spend a few minutes cleaning up the workspace before heading out into the Vatva traffic. It is a tough environment but it feels like home to us.
