Down at Plot No. 457 in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva, you'll find Yash Chemex Inc. We’ve been here long enough that the walls have a few scuffs and the floor is worn down. It’s an industrial life, and we don’t mind it one bit. We handle chemicals, so there’s always a specific smell in the air around the warehouse. We aren't a big, polished company with a PR department. It’s just us, the inventory, and the daily logistics of getting things delivered. Vatva is a busy place, and being in Phase-2 means we see a lot of trucks coming and going all day long. We try to stay organized, though it’s a struggle when three deliveries show up at the same time. The office is just a corner of the building with some old desks and a filing cabinet that sticks. We don’t use a lot of jargon or try to sound smarter than we are. Yash Chemex Inc. is basically a group of people who know their way around a shipping dock. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. If the work is done and the customers are satisfied, then we’ve had a good day. It’s a simple way to run things, but it’s worked for us so far. We just keep moving forward, one shipment at a time, every single day.
