Krupa Chem Industries

Over at Plot No. C-1/392 in Vatva’s Phase-2 GIDC, you’ll find Krupa Chem Industries. It’s a single-plot setup, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a big delivery arriving. We’ve been here for several years, and we know almost everyone on this block. The building has a small front gate that we keep painted, though the sun bleaches it out every summer. We spend our days mixing and processing, mostly just sticking to the recipes we’ve used forever. It’s not a high-tech lab or anything like that. It’s a workshop where people work hard and get their hands dirty. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We handle a lot of paperwork by hand because that’s how we’ve always done it. If a customer calls with a question, they usually end up talking to the same person every time. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. The machinery hums along from morning until evening. We have our fair share of challenges, like when the water pressure is low or a part for a pump takes a week to arrive from across town. But we just deal with it and keep moving. We’re just a local business trying to stay steady and keep our regulars happy with what we make without making any fuss.
