Krishna Chemicals (1) is found at Plot No. 188, Phase-2, GIDC, Vatva. It is a gritty part of the industrial estate, but we like it here. We have been in Vatva for quite some time now. The facility is not much to look at from the outside. It is just a plain concrete structure with big metal doors. Inside, we have our vats and mixing equipment. It stays pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. We deal with various chemical processes, and it keeps us on our toes. The team here is small but experienced. We do not have much of a hierarchy. Everyone knows their job and we trust each other to get it right. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough, but we just drink a lot of water and keep going. We do not use any high-tech software for our orders; it is mostly just logbooks and pens. It might seem old-fashioned to some, but it works for us. The traffic in Phase-2 can be a nightmare when the shift changes, so we try to time our deliveries for the early morning. We have had the same suppliers for a long time. It is a steady business.
