Khyati Chemicals Pvt. Ltd.

Operating out of Plot No. 243/3/4/5 in Phase-2 of GIDC, Vatva, gives us a fair amount of space, but we still seem to fill it up quickly. At Khyati Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., our daily routine revolves around the chemical drums and the mixing vats. It is a busy environment, and there is always a truck being loaded or unloaded near the main entrance. The floor in the production area is often wet from cleaning, and the air has that distinct sharp smell that comes with this kind of work. We have a few different buildings across these plots, and walking between them is how we get most of our exercise. The office staff and the production guys are always shouting over the noise of the pumps to get things coordinated. We don't have fancy decorations or a grand entrance; it’s an industrial site through and through. The sun can be quite brutal on the concrete yard, so we try to get the heavy loading done early in the morning. We’ve got a small break room where we keep our water bottles and tiffins. It’s not a quiet place to work, with the constant humming of the machinery and the sounds of the neighboring factories in Phase-2. We just focus on getting the batches right and keeping the schedule moving along as best we can. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we catch up eventually. It is just a matter of staying focused on the drums.
