J. B. Fine Chem

We are located at Plot No. 242/2 in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva. Being in such a large industrial zone means there is never a quiet moment around J. B. Fine Chem. Our plot is usually crowded with blue plastic barrels and stacks of pallets. The work we do here is focused on chemicals, so we have to be pretty careful with how we handle things. It is a messy job sometimes, and our uniforms definitely show it by the end of the week. The building itself is a simple concrete structure that has been here for years. We spend a lot of time checking the gauges and making sure everything is flowing through the pipes like it should. In the afternoons, the heat in Vatva can be pretty intense, so we all slow down a little bit and drink a lot of water. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. Most of our neighbors in Phase-2 are doing similar work, so there is a sense of being in it together. We handle the paperwork on an old computer that’s seen better days, tucked away in a corner of the warehouse. It’s just a regular industrial life for us here. We keep to ourselves and just try to get the orders shipped out on time without any major problems. The coffee here isn't great but it keeps us going.
