Ahmedabad Chemicals

We are located at Plot No. 406/2, Phase-2, GIDC, Vatva. It is a busy corner of the industrial estate. Ahmedabad Chemicals has been operating from this specific spot for quite some time now. Every morning, the metal shutters go up with a loud clang, and that is the signal that the workday has started. We have a lot of containers coming and going, so the yard is usually a bit of a mess with pallets and plastic wrap. We try to keep it tidy, but when three trucks show up at once, everything goes out the window. The heat in Vatva can be pretty intense, so we have a couple of large industrial fans that never seem to stop spinning. The workers usually bring their lunch in steel tiffins and sit in the shade of the loading dock. We don’t have any big corporate banners or fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly, there are just safety signs and old calendars. It is a place where work is the main focus. We deal with various chemical products, and that means we have to be mindful of how we store things. Sometimes the rain leaks through a small patch in the roof, and we have to move the stock around. It is just regular daily life in an industrial plot, nothing more and nothing less. We’ve been here so long that we know every crack in the driveway.
