Meghmani Industries Ltd. (Unit-Ii)

This specific location is what we call Unit-Ii. We are sitting on Plot No. 27, which is right in the Phase-1 area of GIDC in Vatva. Meghmani Industries Ltd. has a few branches, but this one has its own specific tasks. Vatva is a huge industrial hub, and being in the first phase means we are right in the thick of things. The yard is usually full of barrels and heavy equipment. We have a crew that works in rotations to keep the machines going. It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal in the summer months. We don't have fancy lobbies or many amenities. It’s a place for production, plain and simple. Most of the guys here live nearby and have been with the company for years. We know the sounds of the machines and can tell when something is slightly off. The logistics of getting materials in and out through the narrow GIDC streets can be tricky sometimes. You have to time the trucks just right or they get stuck in the jam. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the daily quotas. It’s a lot of manual labor mixed with some technical monitoring. There’s always a bit of maintenance to do. We just stay busy and try to keep everything running smoothly without much fuss. We hope the power stays on and the machines keep turning.
