Megachem Product

Megachem Product is based at Plot No. C1-91/7 in Phase-1 of the GIDC in Vatva. We are just one of many units in this area. The building is a simple concrete structure with a big metal door. Inside, we have our equipment and storage for the products we handle. It’s not a very glamorous job. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the drums are sealed properly. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping load the trucks. Vatva is always humming with activity, and we are right in the middle of it. The dust from the road gets inside sometimes, so we are constantly sweeping the floors. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements posted on the walls. We just have a calendar and a list of things that need to be done by the end of the week. Most of our customers are other businesses in the same estate. We know the neighbors and sometimes borrow tools or help each other out. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't put much stock in being "corporate." We just want to finish the day’s work and head home to our families. It’s a steady, predictable life here at the plot, and that suits us just fine. There are no secrets here, just people doing their jobs every morning.
