Maruti Organics

Our place is located at Plot No. 82/9 K-1/3 in Phase-1 of GIDC, Vatva. It’s tucked in there with a bunch of other factories. We handle organics here. It’s a lot of work involving barrels and pipes and keeping an eye on the clock. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local crew doing what we know how to do. The warehouse is usually full of stuff waiting to go out. We try to keep things moving so nothing sits for too long. My father started this and now I’m the one looking after things. It’s a lot of responsibility but it’s okay. We have some older machines that still run great if you treat them right. The air in Vatva is thick with the smell of industry, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a website that looks like a magazine. We just have a phone and a gate. If you need us, you call or show up. We eat our lunch in the small breakroom or sometimes outside if there’s a breeze. It’s a humble setup. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. Just a bunch of people working hard in the industrial estate. That's about it really. We spend most of our time out in the production area rather than behind a desk. It's honest work and it keeps the lights on.
