FINOX PELLETS INDUSTRIES

FINOX PELLETS INDUSTRIES operates out of Plot No. 86/4 in Phase-1 of GIDC Vatva. Ahmedabad is a hot place, and Vatva is even hotter with all the factories running. We deal with pellets here, which means there is a lot of bulk material moving around. The trucks line up outside the gate early in the morning, and the dust from the road mixes with the industrial air. Inside, the machines are quite large and they make a steady humming sound that you eventually stop noticing after a few hours. We spend a lot of time monitoring the gauges and making sure the temperature is where it needs to be. If things get too hot or too cold, the pellets don't come out right, so we have to stay alert. The staff here mostly wears overalls that are always a bit stained from the work. We have a small break area where we keep our water bottles and tiffin boxes. It is a simple setup without any corporate frills. Most of us have been here for years and we know the quirks of the machinery by heart. When a belt breaks or a pipe clogs, we just grab the toolbox and fix it ourselves. It’s a long day’s work, but it’s what we do. We just keep the production going and head home when the shift finally ends.
