We have been at No. 28 Errabalu Chetty Street for a long time. It’s an old building, and the street is always packed with people and shops. We handle pest problems for businesses and homes all around the city. Our technicians are usually out on their bikes or in small vans from early morning. It’s a lot of coordinating schedules and making sure we have enough supplies for the day. Termites are a big issue around here, so we spend a lot of time drilling and injecting treatments. It’s loud and it’s dusty, but it works. The office is small and usually has a few people typing away at old desks or answering the landline. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. You have to look for it. We’ve been doing this for decades, so we know the local buildings pretty well. We know which areas have more problems during the monsoon. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the treatment. Sometimes it takes more than one visit to get things sorted. That’s just the nature of dealing with insects. We keep our records in big folders and try to stay on top of the renewals. It’s a regular routine on a very busy street. We just keep going, day after day. The humidity in this part of town doesn't help with the bugs, so we're always on our toes. You can usually find us around.
