Our office for Pee Vee Plastochem Pvt. Ltd. is up on the fourth floor, room 2-A/403 to be exact, inside the Shubham Centre. It is situated right near the Chakala Signal on the Andheri Kurla Road. If you know Mumbai, you know exactly how that traffic can be at almost any time of day. We spend a lot of our time looking out at the sea of cars while we talk to suppliers on the phone. The office is usually filled with the sound of computers clicking and people discussing shipping dates. Being in Andheri East makes it easy for our clients to drop by for a quick chat, though finding a parking spot is always a major headache. We handle a lot of plastochem stuff, which involves many technical specs and chemical numbers. It isn't the most exciting work for everyone, but we enjoy the steady rhythm of it. The air conditioning in Shubham Centre is a bit loud and rattles sometimes, but it keeps us cool during those really humid Mumbai months. We have a small corner where we keep all the physical files, and it’s getting a bit cluttered these days. No one here really wears a formal suit unless they have a very important meeting. We are more about getting the orders right and making sure the deliveries happen on the day they are supposed to. It is a typical small office environment where everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
