If you are looking for us, we are in the 1st Narmada Appartment on Kashiba Road in Ranip. We’re quite close to the Ranip Bus Stand and right beside the Hanuman Temple. It is a convenient spot for people coming by bus. The clinic is basically a couple of rooms where we have the beds and the equipment for exercises. I’ve been working as a physiotherapist for a while now and decided to stay here in Ranip because the people are nice. We deal with a lot of back pain, knee issues, and folks recovering from old injuries. It’s not a fancy place with mirrors and lights, just a solid space where we get to work on getting people moving again. Sometimes it’s a bit loud with the temple bells or the buses nearby, but we don't mind it much. We see people of all ages, from kids to the elderly. My desk is usually covered in papers and schedules because it stays pretty busy. We just take one patient at a time and do the stretches and treatments. It’s mostly hard work and being patient with the body's healing process. People stop in after work or in the morning before their day starts. We keep things humble and focus on the physical therapy part. It’s just a local clinic doing its bit for the neighborhood and making sure Payal Physiotherapy Clinic stays helpful for everyone around.
