Paras Medical and Provision Stores is located at number 18 in the Madhuvan Complex over in Khokhra. We have been here for quite a few years serving the families in this neighborhood. The shop is a mix of a pharmacy and a general store, so we carry everything from tablets for a fever to bags of flour and pulses. It’s a practical setup for the area because people can get several things done in one stop. The complex gets quite a lot of foot traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work and realizes they need something for the kitchen. We try our best to keep everything organized, but with so many different types of products, the shelves can get a bit crowded. That is just the way it is in a local store like ours. We aren't part of any big chain, just a small operation here in Khokhra. The street outside stays busy, but inside we just concentrate on helping the person at the counter. We often have a quick chat with the regulars while we wrap up their items. It’s a decent place to work and we like being part of the daily life around Madhuvan Complex. We don’t have a website or do any big advertising. We just show up, open the shutters, and stay until the evening. It’s straightforward work and we just aim to keep the stock levels right for everyone.
