S Dev Fashions Pvt. Ltd. is located right in the Mohanlal Chhotalal Chambers. Our workshop is on the first floor, and we are directly across from the Panchkuwa Gate. If you know the city, you know that the gate is a very busy and historic landmark. There’s always a lot of traffic and people selling things on the street right outside our building. It’s a noisy and vibrant place to be. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. The chambers are old and have a certain feel to them that you don't find in newer buildings. Inside our space, we have all our equipment set up for making clothes. There’s usually fabric draped over the chairs and stacks of finished work waiting to go out. It’s a busy environment and we don’t have much time for keeping things perfectly tidy. We focus on the craft and the daily tasks. Our workers are local people who have been in this trade for years. We don't have a big marketing department or any fancy brochures. We just do the work and let the results speak for us. Being near the gate is great for business because everyone passes by eventually. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we enjoy being part of the fabric of this market area.
