P Square Architect

I am sitting here at my desk in Akash House, looking out toward the Radio Mirchi Tower. It is a pretty busy spot in Vejalpur. We have been running P Square Architect from this office for quite some time now. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office setup on the second floor where we keep all our rolls of paper and drafting tools. Architecture work takes up most of our hours, mostly dealing with drawings and making sure things look right on paper before any building starts. We are not trying to be some massive firm with hundreds of people. It is just us here, working on whatever project comes through the door. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, especially around the tower, but we like this part of Ahmedabad. Usually, we are busy with local jobs, talking to clients about what they need for their houses or small commercial spaces. It gets a bit messy with all the blueprints lying around, but that is just how it goes when you are designing things. If you are looking for us, we are in unit A/205. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or anything, just a quiet space where the work gets done. It has been a long road getting everything set up here, but we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood by now. We spend a lot of time just drawing and revising things until they make sense. It is simple work, really.
