Oom Sakthi Enterprises is over in the M.S.R. Industrial Estate, which is part of the Gokula Extension. It’s a small, bustling area filled with various manufacturing units and workshops. We’ve been here for several years now. Our unit is just a basic workspace where we handle different types of fabrication and supply tasks. It’s not the kind of place with air conditioning or fancy carpets. We have workbenches, tools, and materials scattered around. It’s a hands-on environment where everyone pitches in. The noise from the other units in the estate is something you just get used to. Gokula Extension is a busy neighborhood with a lot of small-scale industry. We know most of the people working in the neighboring units. We often help each other out with tools or advice. Our business doesn't have a marketing team or a sales force. We just rely on the quality of the work we do. People come to us when they need something made or fixed. It’s a simple way of working. We show up, do the labor, and go home at the end of the shift. There’s no big corporate philosophy here. We just try to make sure we don't make mistakes and that the customers are satisfied with what they get.
