Onyx Components & Systems Pvt. Ltd. is situated on the ground floor of building 6-1-85 in Saifabad. We are right across from the Telephone Bhavan, which is a major landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being in the heart of Hyderabad means there is never a quiet moment. Rickshaws and buses are always zooming past outside. Our office has a very traditional feel to it. Heavy wooden desks and metal cupboards hold all our components. Since we deal with small parts and technical systems, someone is always moving boxes around or sorting through inventory. The lighting isn't the brightest, but lamps on the desks help with the detailed work. Most of us live a bit far away, so the morning commute is a common topic of conversation. A marketing team or people to write fancy speeches don't exist here. Orders are just handled as they come in. If a customer walks in, they talk to whoever is closest to the door. Our small pantry keeps the kettle and some biscuits. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is there at once, but we manage. This spot has been our home for years and moving hasn't crossed our minds. It’s where we spend our working lives together. Most of the time, we are busy checking stock levels or answering technical questions from regulars. It is a steady way to spend the day.
