Online Micro Controls Pvt. Ltd. is right here in Paldi, near the Parimal crossing. If you know the area, you know it gets quite busy around here during the day. We’ve been operating out of the Darshan building for a while now. It’s not a fancy glass skyscraper or anything like that, just a regular place where we get our work done. Most of us have been coming to this same office for years. We handle micro controls and different technical parts that go into machines. It is mostly quiet work inside, though the traffic outside can be a bit loud in the afternoons. Sometimes the tea man from down the street comes by and that’s when we take our small break. We don't have a big corporate HR department or a cafeteria. We just sit at our desks, look at circuits or paperwork, and try to make sure everything is sorted before the day ends. Usually, we are out by six, unless there is a specific order that needs extra time. Our neighbors in the building know us well. We don't really do much advertising because most people who need our stuff already know where to find us. It’s a simple setup. We keep the files in old cabinets and use computers that aren't the newest models but they work fine for what we need. Life in Paldi moves at its own pace and we just fit into that rhythm. It works for us.
