Om Sharda Physiotherapy Clinic & Fitness Centre is tucked away in the Akruti Complex at Nava Vadaj. We are right on the 132 Ft Ring Road, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us, especially since the National Handloom and Bhavsar Hostel are so close by. It’s a simple setup where we focus on movement and getting people back to their regular routines. We have a section for physiotherapy treatments and a small fitness area with the necessary equipment. It’s not a big, loud gym with music blasting; it’s a place for work and recovery. We see a lot of people from the neighborhood who are dealing with back pain, stiff joints, or recovering from old injuries. Sometimes the clinic gets a bit crowded when a few people are doing their exercises at the same time, but we manage. The traffic on the Ring Road is constant, so you’ll hear the hum of vehicles while you’re here. We’ve been in Nava Vadaj for a while and most of our visitors come through word of mouth. We don’t go in for fancy advertisements. The stairs leading up to the complex can be a little much for some, so we always tell folks to take it slow. We just provide a practical space for people to work on their physical health. It’s an honest, local business where we keep things simple and focus on the practical side of getting your body moving right again.
