We operate out of unit B-3 in the Elegant Flats. It’s located on Balamurugan Garden Street. Thuraipakkam is a place that has grown so much lately. Our office is actually inside a residential complex, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a workplace. Om Sakthi Exports isn't a big corporation with a skyscraper. We like the quiet of the garden street. It’s nicely away from all the main road noise. You might miss the gate if you aren't looking closely at the numbers. The neighbors know us, and we try not to be too loud when we move things. It’s a small space, but it fits everything we need to function. We have our boxes and our paperwork stacked up. Sometimes the delivery trucks have trouble turning in the narrow lane. We just go out and help them navigate the turn. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a website with flashing lights or anything promotional. We just have this address in Thuraipakkam. The air is a bit better here than in the city center. We spend our days answering calls and checking on our orders. Om Sakthi Exports is a small team. We’ve been in this flat for a few years now. It works for what we do. We don't need a fancy showroom. Just a desk and a phone and some good light from the windows. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs.
