We’re out in Phase-IV of the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at No. 487/A. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s a massive place full of factories and workshops. Oen India Ltd. fits right in there. The area is always loud with the sound of industry, and there’s usually a bit of dust in the air from all the construction and trucks. Our building is a solid, no-nonsense structure. We have a lot of benches where the assembly work happens. It’s a busy environment. We have a clock on the wall that’s been running five minutes fast for years, but nobody bothers to fix it. We just use it to make sure we don’t miss our breaks. The lighting is bright because we need to see the small parts we work with. Most of the staff have been here for years, so we’re like a big family. We don't do much in the way of marketing or big speeches. We just get the components made and shipped out. The canteen is where we all gather at lunch to complain about the traffic or talk about the weekend. It’s a very practical place. We don't have any fancy art on the walls, just some old calendars and safety posters. It’s just a regular factory life for us here in Peenya. We like it that way because it’s honest work.
