Sudeep Industries

You can find Sudeep Industries at Plot No. 87/B on Nagar Road in the GIDC area. It is a straightforward kind of place. We don't have any big signs or anything too flashy out front. We just have our name on the gate and the sound of work coming from inside. It can get pretty noisy when all the equipment is running at once. We’ve been at this location for years, and the walls show a bit of that history. There are scuffs and marks everywhere, which is normal for a place like ours. We mostly handle whatever orders come in from the local area and some from further out. Most of our day is spent standing on the concrete floor, making sure the measurements are correct. We don't have much of a break room, so we usually just sit where we can when it’s time to eat. It gets dusty, especially in the summer months when the wind blows through the open doors. We know most of the other business owners on Nagar Road. We help each other out when someone runs out of supplies or a machine breaks down. It feels like a small community even though it’s an industrial zone. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People just seem to find us or hear about us from someone else. It's a basic way to run a business, but it works for us.
