Microtrack Surgicals

Our place, Microtrack Surgicals, is over in the Adarsh-ii Industrial Estate, right behind Ashish Cinema in Odhav. It’s a bit tucked away, but once you find A-38, you’re there. We’ve been here in Ahmedabad for quite some time now. Making surgical tools means the workshop has to stay fairly organized, though it gets a bit crowded with supplies sometimes. The morning start is usually noisy with the machines getting going. We spend most of the day checking the quality of the steel and making sure everything is shaped right. It’s dusty work in this part of town, but we keep the inside as clean as possible for the equipment. People often stop by the cinema nearby, so the roads get busy on weekends. We have a few long-time workers who know exactly where every tool is kept. Lunch is usually a quick break before getting back to the benches. It's not a big corporate office, just a solid industrial unit where we focus on the manufacturing side. The humidity in Ahmedabad can be tough in the summer, but we manage. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish an order for a hospital. It's honest work and we like being part of the local industrial community here. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just the machines, the stock, and the people who know how to use them. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the orders we have to get out each week.
