Our office is on the first floor of the Abhijeet building, right near the Mithakali Six Roads in Navrangpura. It’s a busy part of town, so finding a place to park in the morning can be a real headache. We’ve been here for a while now, and the office has that lived-in feel with stacks of files and desks that have seen better days. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and answering the phones all day. You can hear the traffic from the intersection outside, especially during rush hour when everyone is honking. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and that’s usually where the gossip happens. The building itself is okay, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you’re carrying a lot of things. We aren't really trying to impress anyone with the decor; it’s just a functional space where we get the administrative stuff done. Sometimes people come in looking for directions because the roads around here are a bit confusing. We try to help them out if we aren't too swamped with the computer work. It’s a steady pace most weeks, though month-end always gets a bit hectic with all the reports we have to finish. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes across our desks. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that's the highlight for most of us. We have to keep the windows closed because of the dust from the road.
