Our office is tucked away in the J.K. Foundation building over in Navrangpura Gam. Specifically, we are in unit T1. Ahmedabad is a big, busy city, and this part of town has a lot of character. We do media work, which sounds a bit more exciting than it actually is on a daily basis. Mostly, it’s just us sitting in front of screens, editing things or talking on the phone. The street outside in Mukhiwas is always crowded with people and scooters, so finding a place to park can be a real headache. We’ve been here for a while and the office has a bit of a lived-in feel. There are cables everywhere and some stacks of old tapes we haven't touched in years. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy what we do. We don't have any flashy signs or a big marketing department. People usually hear about us through word of mouth. Sometimes the internet slows down right when we have to upload a big file, but that’s just life in a local office. We take our lunch breaks at the little stalls nearby. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just come in, do what we can with the projects we have, and head home. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to make some decent media content for our clients in Ahmedabad. It’s hard work, but we like it well enough to keep coming back every morning.
