Nova Medical Devices

Nova Medical Devices is based at unit 67 in the Maruti Industrial Estate. We are located pretty close to Ramul Road in the C.T.M. Hatkeshwar area. It’s an older industrial patch, so there’s always something going on nearby with our neighbors. We work on medical devices, which means we spend a lot of time looking at small parts and making sure every single piece fits together right. The workshop is usually filled with the sound of tools and the hum of the cooling fans from the machines. We aren't a huge team, just a group of people who know how to put these things together properly. The office part of our unit is just a couple of desks and a filing cabinet that has definitely seen better days. We get deliveries at the front door and move them through the back to the assembly area where the real work happens. Sometimes the traffic on Ramul Road makes it a bit of a headache to get here in the mornings, but we’ve all gotten used to it by now. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. We just talk over the workbench about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. It’s a practical and honest way to run things. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s central for our workers and the rent is fair for the space we get. We just keep our heads down and focus on the devices we’re building for the clinics.
