Our workshop is at unit 27 in the Arvind Industrial Estate No. 2. It’s right across from the Ambica Vijay Hotel and very close to the Purvdeep BRTS stop at Ctm Cross Road. Being near the bus stop makes it easy for the staff to get here. We work with different types of instruments. It’s a lot of sitting at benches and looking at small parts. The estate is usually buzzing with other businesses, so there’s always some noise coming from the neighbors. We’ve been in this unit for a long time. It’s a bit cramped with all the equipment and boxes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll probably see us with our heads down focusing on some calibration or assembly. It’s a practical space. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the news during our breaks. The area around Ctm Cross Road is always crowded, so we tend to stay inside the estate once we get in for the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the instruments we work on are doing what they are supposed to do. It’s a simple routine and we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
