So, this is Nishant Kamleshkumar Bhatt. We are located at Nava Madhupura Chawk. It's right outside Delhi Gate, which most people around here just call Madhupura anyway. The area is always crowded and there is a lot of dust from the road, but it's where we've always been. The shop isn't very big, but it holds everything we need to manage the day. Usually, the mornings start with a lot of noise from the traffic passing by the gate. We open up, sweep the front, and get started. It's a lot of old buildings around here, and ours is just another one of those. You might have to walk a bit because parking is a nightmare near the Chawk. We don't have any flashy signs or big lights. Just the name and the address. Most of the people who come by are regulars who have been coming for years. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work. It’s a very local vibe. No one wears a suit here. We just wear what's comfortable for a long day of work. Sometimes we stay late when there's more to do, and other times we close early if it's a slow day. It's a basic operation. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just handle our business in Madhupura and go home at the end of the day. It is just the way we like it. We keep it simple.
