Nirmiti Tool Room (P) Ltd.

Down here in Bhosari, at W-80 in the S Block of MIDC, you’ll find our tool room. Nirmiti Tool Room (P) Ltd. has been operating from this same spot for quite some time now. It’s a metal and grease kind of place, exactly what you’d expect from an industrial area like this. We spend most of our hours around the machines, making sure the tools and parts are coming out right. It’s not the quietest environment, with the sounds of the MIDC always in the background, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The team here is small, just a bunch of people who know their way around a lathe and a milling machine. We don’t have a big front office or a receptionist to greet you; usually, you just find one of us on the shop floor covered in a bit of oil. Things get busy, and sometimes the floor is a bit cluttered with raw materials, but we know where everything is. It’s about getting the job done without too much fuss or unnecessary talk. We’ve seen the neighborhood change, more shops opening up nearby, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. We wake up, head to the S Block, and get to work on whatever project is on the bench that day. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's honest work and it keeps us all out of trouble.
