Nilpa Computer Services

Our work happens at 10 94 Nidhi Appt in the Shashtri Nagar area of Naranpura. We call it Nilpa Computer Services. It’s actually a residential apartment, which makes for a very different kind of office feel. Instead of a sterile corporate building, we are surrounded by families and neighbors. We’ve taken one of the larger rooms and turned it into our main workspace, filled with computers, spare parts, and tangled cables. We don't have a fancy sign outside, just a small one near the bell. People often get a bit lost looking for building number 10, but they usually find us after a phone call. The space is a bit cluttered because we have so many things to fix and look at. We don't have a receptionist, so if you hear someone at the door, one of us just gets up to answer it. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We spend our days troubleshooting and drinking coffee in the small kitchen. It’s a simple, hardworking life here in the apartment.
