Our shop is tucked away at 1681/4 in Bhagirath Place, which everyone knows is right in the heart of Chandni Chowk. If you’ve ever been here, you know how crowded it gets with all the narrow lanes and people everywhere. We’ve been making and selling surgical tools here for a long time. It’s a busy place and there’s never a quiet moment. The shop is small and filled to the ceiling with boxes and equipment. We spend a lot of time sorting through orders and making sure everything is ready for the hospitals and clinics that buy from us. It’s a lot of manual work, checking items and packing them up carefully. Chandni Chowk is a tough place to navigate, but we’re used to it. We know the shortcuts and which chai wallah makes the best tea. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to Bhagirath Place for years. It’s dusty and loud outside, but inside we just focus on the tools. We try to keep our prices fair because we know the people buying from us aren't looking for luxury. They just need stuff that works and holds up. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, especially when deliveries arrive, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We stay busy and we’re happy with that arrangement.
