New Manthan Industries

Working out here at Plot No-31/1 in the Ashwamegh Industrial Estate is a bit of a drive every morning. If you take the Sarkhej-Bavla Highway, you know how the traffic gets around the Changoder area. It’s mostly factories and warehouses out this way in Taluka Sanand. New Manthan Industries has been based here for a bit, tucked away in the estate. The sun hits the metal roofs pretty hard in the afternoon. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machines and people moving stuff around. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the regular work that needs finishing by the end of the shift. The tea stall down the road is where most of us end up during breaks. You get used to the industrial smell and the constant movement of trucks. It’s a long way from the city center, but this is where the work is. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is a headache, but we deal with it. We have a small team here. Everyone knows their job. It isn't a corporate setup with meetings and reports every hour. We just talk across the floor. If someone needs something, they shout. The highway is always loud, even late in the day. Getting home takes time because of the road work usually happening near the junction. Still, being part of the Changoder hub feels productive. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready.
