New Life Medicals

We are located in the Shantiniketan Complex, right across from H.B. Kapadia School. It’s a landmark everyone around here knows. Our daily life involves a lot of organization because keeping track of medical supplies is no small task. We have rows and rows of boxes that we have to keep in order. It’s mostly just us and the customers who come in looking for their regular medicine. We don't really have a big corporate structure or anything. It’s more like a small family here. We share tea in the afternoons when things quiet down a bit. The school across the street means there’s always noise and kids running around, which keeps the area feeling alive. We’ve had to learn a lot about different health products over the years just to answer the questions we get. It's not always easy work, and some days are much longer than others. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. People just find us because we’ve been here at number 23 for a while. We try to keep the shop clean and make sure we have what people need. If we don’t have it, we try to order it for the next day. That’s just how we do things. It’s a simple life, focused on the counter and the people who depend on us for their health stuff in this neighborhood.
