Our place is over at C/4 in the S. T. Colony on Bareja Road. We are in the Behrampura area of Ahmedabad, postcode 380028. It's an older part of the city and it has its own character. Net Hot Zone Media is the name on the door, though it’s not a very big door. We have been working from this spot for a bit now. The colony is a mix of different people and it gets quite lively. We handle media stuff, which mostly means sitting in front of screens for long hours. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we put our desks and chairs to get the work finished. We often have the radio on in the background while we work. Bareja Road is always busy with trucks and cars going by, so there is a constant hum of activity outside. We don't really have a reception area, just the workspace where everyone sits together. Sometimes the internet acts up but we manage to get things sent out. We are just a group of people trying to make a living in Ahmedabad. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the road works nearby but we keep the place as clean as we can. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls down the street. It is a very normal, everyday kind of job for us here. We don't have fancy meetings, just hard work and plenty of tea to keep us going through the afternoon.
