Our office is handled by Mr. Akbari Sagarkumar here in Ahmedabad, specifically in the 380024 area. We are part of the Neelkanth Group of Hotels, though this specific location is more of an administrative point where we manage the behind-the-scenes stuff. Running hotels involves a lot of moving parts that people don't usually see when they are staying in a room. We spend most of our time dealing with bookings, maintenance schedules, and making sure the staff at our various properties have what they need. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just sitting at desks and making a lot of phone calls throughout the day. Mr. Akbari has been doing this for a long time and he keeps us on track. The office itself is pretty plain because we don't really host guests here; we just handle the business side of things. Ahmedabad is a big city for hospitality, so there is always a lot of competition and things are always changing. We just try to stay focused on our own tasks and keep our properties running smoothly. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when something breaks or the weather ruins people's travel plans, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't interested in being the biggest or most famous group, we just want to keep things organized and make sure the daily operations don't fall apart.
