Having the restaurant nearby is handy for lunch, and it’s a great way to tell people where we are located. The office is pretty straightforward. We have room 201, which is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we do. Navrangpura is a part of town that never really sleeps, so there is always a bit of background noise from the street. We’ve grown used to it over the years. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational corporation. We are just a group of people working together in a local office. We take care of our business and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls here. We just have calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. It’s a real working environment. Sometimes the printer acts up or we run out of coffee, just like any other place. We don’t pretend to be perfect, but we do try to get things right. It’s been our home base for a while now, and we’re quite comfortable here.
