Navkar Multispeciality Physiotherapy Clinic

We are located in the Chirayu Complex, up on the second floor in room 201. It is near the Vishvkunj Cross Road in the Paldi area. This is a physiotherapy clinic, so there is a lot of movement going on. We have mats, some weights, and machines for helping people move better. Narayan Nagar is a nice neighborhood, and we get people coming in from all around here. Some are older folks with stiff joints, others are younger people who got hurt playing sports. It is a lot of hands-on work. We spend our time showing people how to stretch or doing exercises with them. The room has good light because we are on the second level. It is not a gym, even though it might look like one sometimes. We focus on the small movements. The staff here is used to the daily routine. We open up in the morning and stay until the last appointment is done. Sometimes the sessions run a bit long if someone needs extra help. We do not have a fancy front desk, just a place to check in and then we get to work. It is a simple setup meant for people who are trying to get their strength back. If you know the Paldi area, the Chirayu Complex is easy enough to spot. We just keep doing what we do, one patient at a time. It is a regular place for people who need to get their bodies moving right again.
