Shreya Surgical Inc. is located at 25 Transport Nagar, right near the Narol Circle area. If you know the Narol part of town, you know it is always packed with trucks and transport activities. Our warehouse is right in the middle of all that action. We spend most of our days dealing with surgical supplies and getting them sorted for the next shipment. The building is a basic setup, nothing too modern, but it serves our purpose well enough for what we do. There is always a lot of dust and noise from the heavy vehicles passing by the circle, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s a busy spot to work in, and there’s rarely a quiet moment. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time. We handle the inventory ourselves and make sure everything is stacked properly in the back. Sometimes the traffic at Narol Circle makes it hard for deliveries to get out on time, so we try to plan around the busiest hours. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy front desk. We just answer the phones and handle the walk-ins when they come. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the orders are packed correctly. It’s just how we run things here and we don't try to make it sound more complicated.
