We are based in units 4 and 5 of the Khodiyar Estate. It is located on the Narol Isanpur Road, specifically behind the old Mahalaxmi Mill in the Narol area. It’s a bit tucked away, but once you know where the mill is, we are easy to find. The estate has several other businesses, so it’s a busy place during the daytime. We use our space mainly for storing and distributing surgical equipment. The units are large enough to hold our inventory, though it gets a bit tight when a new shipment arrives. The road outside can be quite dusty and the traffic is often heavy with trucks, which is common for this part of Narol. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who handle everything from taking orders to loading the vans. We don't have a lot of frills in the office. We use old desks and simple filing systems because they work just fine for us. There isn't any corporate polish here. We are just regular people working in a warehouse environment. We like the location because it gives us easy access to the main roads for transport. Most of our day is spent checking lists and making sure the right items go to the right places. It’s basic, honest work. We’ve stayed in Narol because it’s a practical spot for a business like ours that needs to move goods around.
