This is the site for Refnol Resins Chemicals Ltd at Plot No. 23 in Phase 3 of Gidc. It’s a straightforward industrial setup where we handle resin and chemical work. The location is pretty central for the Gidc area. We have been working from this plot for quite a while now. The day starts with checking the equipment and seeing what needs to be processed. It’s physical work that requires a lot of attention. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just focus on the production side. The building itself is practical. It has high ceilings and plenty of room for the barrels. We see the same faces every morning, which is a nice thing. There’s a rhythm to the work that everyone understands. Sometimes we have to deal with equipment breaking down at the worst possible time, but we usually fix it ourselves. We don't make a big fuss about things like that. The surrounding plots are all similar, filled with people doing their own trade and keeping busy. We just stick to our corner and make sure our orders are ready when the trucks pull up. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest and it keeps everyone here busy. We just keep our eyes on the tasks and get them done without much talking.
