Rajmandir Selection

If you are ever walking near Devi Cinema in Naroda, you might have noticed our complex. Rajmandir Selection is located at Shop No 19 inside the Raj Mandir Complex. We are sitting right opposite the Hari Ballav Society. It’s a decent spot for a shop, though I have to say the parking is a total nightmare on the weekends when people come for the movies. We sell clothes and a few other things for the people who live nearby. The shop is not very large, but we try our best to fit a decent variety of items on the shelves. It gets a little bit dusty because of all the road construction going on lately, but we do our best to sweep it out every morning. I have been running this place for several years now. Most of the other shopkeepers around here are friends, so we often chat during the slow hours. We usually keep a small radio playing in the corner just to have some background noise. It isn't a high-end boutique with glass cases; it’s just a regular shop where you can find what you need without much trouble. We don't use fancy labels or expensive displays. The lighting is just standard tubes. People come in, look around, and we talk about the local news or the weather. It is a friendly enough place for the neighborhood. We stay open pretty late most nights when the cinema is busy.
